Your Affiliate Account
Inside your affiliate account you will find tools and reports to help you build your affiliate sales. Here is a run down of the functionality available to you in your account:
Affiliate Programs
From here you can see a summary of each available Affiliate Program, including a summary of any referral statistics you have generated to date on a program by program basis. Every available Affiliate Program will appear with its own summary of information.
Each Program will appear with the following information, broken into three sections. The first section contains default Affiliate Program information:
- Program Name - The assigned Affiliate Program name appears at the top of the Affiliate Program box.
- Program URL - The default destination URL that has been assigned to the Affiliate Program appears directly below the Program Name.
- Program Description - A description for the Affiliate Program.
The next section is titled Statistics Total For Program and for each Affiliate Program will display the following summarised information:
- Impressions (qty) - This column will display the number of Impressions generated for each Program. An Impression is counted every time someone loads a page that contains one of your non-text affiliate links.
- Clicks (qty) - This column will display the number of Clicks generated for each Program. A Click is counted every time someone Clicks on one of your affiliate links.
- Leads (qty) - This column will display the number of Leads generated for each Program. A Lead is counted every time someone who has previously clicked on one of your affiliate links, signs up for our mailing list.
- Number Of Sales - This column will display the number of Sales generated for each Program.
- Sales Amount - This column will display the value of all Sales generated for each Program.
The final option available for each Affiliate Program is a Click Here link that will take you to a page providing specific marketing material, and the default affiliate link, for that Affiliate Program.
If there are more than 5 individual Affiliate Programs to choose from, you will also see < Previous and Next > links. These links allow you to navigate through multiple pages of Affiliate Programs.
Links & Marketing Tools
This page provides you with access to all provided marketing material. You can see examples and access everything you need to promote your preferred Affiliate Program. You can also see the referral statistics you have generated to date on an individual marketing material basis.
At the top of this screen you will find the Choose a Program drop-down box. If there is more than one Affiliate Program available for your promotion, you can select a specific one from this drop-down menu to see marketing material provided for that Program.
There may also be a number of different types of Marketing material and Media available for your promotion including:
- Ads - Ads can be built in text or HTML, but generally consist of a short text description of the product or service in question (similar to a Classified Ad in a newspaper)
- Text Links - Text links are a simple string of text promoting a site or product.
- Banners - Banners are graphical images and can be any shape or size.
Simply copy the HTML code provided for your preferred media and paste it into your website, email or wherever you would like it to appear for promotion. The code provided should always contain your affiliate link, but you should always check. Your affiliate links are unique for each piece of media and should appear in the following format:

Where ###### represents the unique ID for each media.
Each piece of media will appear with the following information, broken into three sections. The first section contains default media information:
- Media Type - This field will tell you which of the above Media types each selection is.
- Destination URL - The default destination URL that has been assigned to each piece of media will appear directly below the Media Type field.
- Name/Desc. - A description for each piece of media.
- Copy and Paste Code - Each piece of media will provide you with all the code you need to install it within your website, email or wherever else you may be promoting the Affiliate Program.
The next two sections are titled Statistics and Sales and will display the following summarized information for each piece of media:
- Impressions - This column will display the number of Impressions generated for each piece of media.
- Clicks - This column will display the number of Clicks generated for each piece of media.
- Leads - This column will display the number of Leads generated for each piece of media.
- Sales - This column will display the number of Sales generated for each piece of media.
- Sales Amount - This column will display the value of all Sales generated for each piece of media.
- Commissions - This column will display the value of all Commissions generated for each piece of media.
Summary Report
From here you can access a summary of your referral stats and earned commissions. There are also custom reports for those needing tailor-made reporting. At the top of the page you will see the Select Commission Report drop-down menu. This field allows you to specify what statistics this report is summarising:
- This Month - Selecting this option will tell the report to display a summary of all referral information from the current month.
- Last Month - Selecting this option will tell the report to display a summary of all referral information from the previous month.
- Yesterday - Selecting this option will tell the report to display a summary of all referral information from the previous day.
- Today - Selecting this option will tell the report to display a summary of all referral information from the current day.
The bulk of this page is dominated by the Summary Report table which summarises all your referred commission data based on the time frame you selected in the drop-down box above. Other than Program Name, each column in the Report is subdivided into the two following sub-columns:
- Variable - The header in this sub-column is dynamic and will display the same option you selected in the Select Commission Report field (either This Month, Last Month, Yesterday or Today).
- Overall - This sub-column will always display all information accumulated for the specified program (each row) regardless of the selected time frame.
Information found in this report includes:
- Program Name - This column displays the name of each affiliate program referrals have been made through. This report organizes your commissions based on the Program they were referred through.
- Clicks - This column displays the number of referred Clicks.
- Tier 1 Referred Sales - This column displays the number of sales you directly referred (Tier 1 referrals)
- Tier 2 Referred Sales - This column displays the number of sales you indirectly referred (Tier 2 referrals)
- Tier 1 Sales - This column displays the value of all sales you directly referred (Tier 1 referrals)
- Tier 2 Sales - This column displays the value of all sales you indirectly referred (Tier 2 referrals)
- CRS (Clicks Resulting in Sales) - This column displays your CRS percentage. CRS is calculated by dividing your Tier 1 Referred Sales by the number of referred Clicks, multiplied by 100 (Tier 1 Referred Sales / Clicks * 100)
- Sale Commissions - This column displays the Summary of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 Sales Commissions.
- Non-Sale Commissions - This column displays the Summary of all Impression, Click and Lead Commissions.
- Total Commissions - This column displays the Summary of all Commissions referred during the specified time period.
Below the report table you will see a Legend that summarizes the meaning of each column.
Account Profile
Click on this link to edit and save your Account Profile information, including your contact information. From here you can also change your password and find the Terms of Service.
Following the standard Contact Information fields, you will see a Commission Payout field. This field allows you to specify your PayPal account email address. Please note that we only pay commissions via PayPal hence you may need to set up your PayPal account if you have not done so already. We do not pay commissions by cheque.
The last section on the page allows you to modify your Affiliate Admin Panel Login Information.
Remember to click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
So that's the affiliate program!
Test your market. Use the affiliate program as a 'test' to see what you can make happen with your client base.
You will need some HTML technical skills to successfully integrate your affiliate program into your business and unfortunately we cannot do this for you.
