Shipping Information
We will try to ship your order as soon as possible. This will normally be within 72 hours of receipt of your payment for any mainland UK address. Items for delivery to addresses outside the UK will be lodged with the UK Royal Mail service (or similar) within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. We cannot confirm a time for delivery.
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated according to country of delivery and will be added before final payment is requested.
Shipping of digital goods (downloads) is immediate on receipt of authorised card payment.
Returns Information
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them to us by post for a replacement or refund. The refund policy is shown below. Kielder Computers Ltd are based in the EU and you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is longer).
The cost and responsibility for returning the package safely lies with the customer. We recommend use of a secure signed for delivery service to ensure proof of delivery. Return the product in its original packaging, including all contents, including packing slip.

Refund policy
Shipping costs are not refundable and a re-stocking fee of 20% of the gross order total is deductable from the refund amount.
Availability
We try to make sure we only show items on the site if they are currently available. If you place an order for something which isn't available we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as possible after you place your order. All orders are subject to availability.
Security
Kielder Computers Limited uses a "secure" server so your credit card information is protected. We do not hold your payment details on file. Once we have processed your order we erase your card information. This increases our security, as if we do not have this information, it cannot be read by anyone else. All prices quoted are in GBP (Great British Pounds Sterling) and are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Taxes relevant to your country of origin will be calculated and added before final payment is requested.
