Every product is notated with a time period
Along with a product code and price, each product is described with a 'time' or 'duration'. Depending on the product being described, the time will be:
- 3 months, or
- 6 months, or
- 12 months
What does this mean?
This means from the date of purchase, for the product duration (3, 6 or 12 months), the product content will be accessible to you for you to view, download and print, as per the product description.

The product will no longer be accessible to you - It is your responsibility:
To read, download, store or print the product contents before the expiration date
Licensing
The purchase of any product from this website constitutes:
- A single licence granted by Kielder Computers Limited to the named customer
- The licence grants permission to the named customer to edit and reproduce the materials supplied within the product with no time limit
- The product and all original contents remain the property of Kielder Computers Limited and may not be resold in any form
Technical notes
- The print-ready PDF documents require Adobe Reader (v8 or above) installed on your computer.
- The Powerpoint documents require Microsoft Powerpoint (v2003 or above) or the free Microsoft Powerpoint Viewer installed on your computer.
- The Word documents require Microsoft Word (v2003 or above) or the free Microsoft Word Viewer installed on your computer.
- For best performance save the documents to your computer before opening and viewing on-screen
Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable where the product is faulty or not fit for purpose
- Refunds are not available when your computer configuration does not meet the minimum requirements for the product, as detailed in Technical notes above
